What is Croptoberfest? A weekend retreat for scrapbookers

Who is welcome? Anyone who loves to scrapbook and would enjoy a full weekend doing just that!

What should you expect? Hours of uninterrupted cropping time, designated workspace so you can set up your materials once for the entire weekend, 5 fully prepared meals (Saturday - brunch, snack and dinner, Sunday - breakfast and lunch), snacks, drinks and prizes throughout the weekend!

Where: Camp Hammer, a camp facility in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains

New this year! Although we are offering the regular Friday through Sunday retreat, we’ve added the option to extend your weekend to include Thursday night and all day Friday. That means an additional full day of SCRAPBOOKING!

Cost: $175 for campers attending Friday through Sunday. $200 for campers attending Thursday through Sunday.

Optional Add On: An additional $25.00 gets you the extra night and day of scrapbooking along with breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday. Check in will be 5:00 pm Thursday night.

Accommodations: Campers sleep in cabins nestled in the hillside of Camp Hammer. Cabins are carpeted, heated cabins equipped with bunk beds and bathrooms. Some of the cabins have showers for others there is a central shower facility.

Also new this year! We have teamed up with the American Cancer Society to help make this year another funtastic event full of Scrapbooking while supporting an awesome cause. More details to follow…

Every year we ask our campers to provide us candid feedback for the weekend in hopes that we can make each year a little more exciting than the year before. We have read all of the feedback forms from Croptoberfest 2006 and have taken your concerns to heart. We are making improvements where ever we can.
