As you have already heard, we are teaming up with the American Cancer Society this year to make Camp Hammer a complete blast!
With October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we thought we'd make this years' activities a little more exciting with the benefits going directly to the American Cancer Society. What more can you ask for - buying scrapbooking items and writing them off? I'm sure that every scrapbooker out there would like to take advantage of this great deal!
Don't forget to bring your cash or checkbooks to participate in the fun raffles that we are going to hold for the American Cancer Society. When you come to Camp Hammer, you will receive a raffle ticket in your welcome package. During the weekend, we will call the winning raffle numbers which can be claimed at any time during the weekend. What's so fantastic is that there will be an American Cancer Society table at the front podium in DK Hall that will be selling raffle tickets for $1 each. You are welcome to buy as many tickets as you want as the tickets will increase your chances of winning the many raffle prizes.
In addition to the $1 raffle tickets, we will be holding a raffle for the Grand Prize. These tickets will be sold throughout the weekend for $5 each. I can't tell you now what the Grand Prize is but it will be worth hundreds of dollars of items that any scrapbooker would love to get their hands on!
Lastly, to make thing even more inviting, we will be holding a silent auction on Saturday evening at 7pm. Once again, all proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society....and YOU CAN WRITE OFF MORE SCRAPBOOKING SUPPLIES.
